My new Dishtowel

Not bad for a first time if I do say so myself... I am now working on a second one. by this fall I hope to have six but we shall see if that comes to fruition.

As an aspiring spinner I would love some Drop spinners and Roving in various weights and colors. I also have some big holes in the sizes of needles that I have so a Giftcard to somewhere that sells those would be awesome. I am in love with the hand dyed sock yarns on Etsy, especially christinamariepotter, COULROPHOBIA, and LaFiabaRussa. I have just started dying my own yarns, so any undyed yarn would also be much appreciated. fingering weight yarn is always on my list, as are any fun books or patterns!! if you have any fingering weight scraps I would love to benefit from those as i am making a scrap blanket.

When I am not knitting I love to read, especially classics and fantasies. I am a fan of Doctor Who and Harry Potter. um... I also cook a little, study a lot, and blog, so there you have it.

Favorite colors encompass anything bright, especially bright greens and blues, with oranges and yellows a close second. Black is my favorite neutral.

I drink a lot of teas, and enjoy looseleaf tea immensely. my favorite goodies are Dark Chocolate and peanut brittle
